Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks a Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration to recruit, hire and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation and presentation, train staff in demonstration techniques and customer service, and coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and store teams, including participation in new location grand openings.

The role offers a set Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, strong work‑life balance,

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5 years in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods environment or related.
• Strong leadership, communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety.
• Train Demonstrators in demonstration prep and customer service.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings.
