Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators, overseeing product prep and presentation, training, and top-tier service to Club members. You will coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, and participate in new location grand openings.

This full-time role offers a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to drive product demonstrations and sales impact across venues.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods company or related experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop employees and manage performance.
• NEHA Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
