Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a similar lead role such as custodial team lead or event setup lead
• Combination of education and experience that demonstrates needed knowledge and abilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review custodial setup work to meet standards and safety
• Adjust daily work assignments to cover supervisory gaps
• Mentor Utility Workers, Event Custodians, and temporary staff
• Lead team huddles and manage communications
• Help resolve day‑to‑day operational challenges and escalate as needed
• Support training and onboarding to maintain consistent practices
• Contribute to safety initiatives and continuous improvement
• Perform custodial and setup duties while leading by example
• Adhere to schedules and adapt to operational needs
