Job summary

Cvent, Inc. is seeking an energized Meetings & Events Intern to support our team in planning and executing conferences, internal events, and tradeshows. You will manage defined workstreams, coordinate with stakeholders, and help deliver engaging attendee experiences with strong attention to detail.

This paid internship offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment, with mentorship from experienced event professionals and a path toward a recommendation letter for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, programs, or projects in a professional, campus, or volunteer setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving with initiative within defined areas of responsibility.
• Clear verbal and written communication, including professional emails and video presence.

Responsibilities

• Own defined event-design and planning workstreams from brief through delivery with guidance.
• Coordinate planning for Cvent CONNECT and other conferences, including speaker management and attendee experience.
• Plan and execute components of internal events, including virtual, hybrid, and in-person programs.
• Create and maintain event timelines, trackers, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate event technology logistics, including registration, attendee tracking, and basic video support.
