Job summary

PSQ Productions is seeking reliable and hardworking Event Operations Crew Members to support setup, execution, and breakdown of events at Championship Stadium in Irvine. The role requires physical labor, outdoor work, and flexible scheduling to ensure smooth event operations.

The ideal candidate is a team player who can follow directions, lift heavy loads, and stand for long periods in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and willingness to learn new equipment.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down event infrastructure, including staging, tables, chairs, barricades, and signage.
  • Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment before, during, and after events.
  • Operate basic tools and assist with equipment operation as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Assist with event logistics and respond to real-time operational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and event timelines.
