Job summary

Massanutten Resort seeks an Off-Site Marketing Representative to drive vacation certificate sales at regional fairs, festivals, and events. You will engage attendees, promote Massanutten Resort, and educate potential customers with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires the ability to work independently or in a team, with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in direct sales and customer care.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate/GED; and equivalent sales / marketing experience as stated below.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales / marketing experience, preferably in face-to-face sales.
• Experience in direct, face-to-face sales and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Maximize all customer interactions at regional off-site events, fairs, and festivals to drive vacation certificate sales.
• Collaborate closely with management to share best practices for event execution and customer interaction.
