Duration: Approximately 12 months

Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour

Travel: Low but ability to travel is a must

About the Opportunity

Join a leading global financial services organization that partners with businesses, merchants, and strategic partners across international markets. This role sits within the international marketing team and supports partner-focused marketing initiatives throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. The team leverages events, sponsorships, and co-marketing programs to strengthen business relationships, increase engagement, and support growth across key markets.

Position Overview

The International Partner Marketing Events Specialist will support the planning, coordination, and execution of B2B marketing events across Mexico, the Caribbean, and South America. This individual will be responsible for event logistics, vendor coordination, payment processing, promotional item management, and overall event execution. The ideal candidate has experience managing small to mid-sized events and enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute B2B partner marketing events, conferences, and industry activations across LATAM and Caribbean markets.
• Manage event logistics including venue coordination, registrations, promotional materials, attendee communications, and onsite support.
• Process event-related invoices, payments, purchase requests, and budget tracking activities.
• Order and manage branded merchandise, giveaways, and event premiums.
• Partner with internal marketing teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
• Track event deliverables, timelines, and post-event follow-up activities.
• Research and identify new industry conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Support travel and entertainment industry event initiatives and partner engagement programs.
• Maintain event calendars, project plans, and marketing documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support for international marketing programs as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting marketing events, event coordination, field marketing, or related functions.
• Experience managing small to mid-sized corporate, partner, or B2B events preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience processing invoices, purchase orders, payments, or event budgets is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Must be willing to travel occasionally as business needs require.

Preferred Background

• Experience supporting international marketing programs.
• Exposure to partner marketing, sponsorships, or co-marketing initiatives.
• Experience working with vendors, agencies, or event management platforms.
• Interest in travel, entertainment, hospitality, or partnership-driven events.
