Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing deliverables, timelines and partners across hosted events and activations.
• Support RSVP strategies to drive attendance and brand awareness.
• Identify opportunities to extend event reach via social, content and influencers.
• Manage communication with agencies, vendors and partners to support campaigns.
• Capture social-first photo and video content at events for amplification.
• Support post-event reporting and optimization for future promotions.
