Adecco is seeking an organized Marketing & Event Coordinator to support campaigns, brand activations, athlete initiatives, trade shows, product launches, and community events. This role will oversee projects from planning through onsite execution and post-event analysis.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, manages multiple priorities, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and successful activations.

Competenze

• Experience in event coordination, marketing, brand activations, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, schedules, travel, budgets, and event logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Exposure to social media, email marketing, influencer programs, or content production is a plus.
• Sports nutrition, fitness, consumer products, or ecommerce industry experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, fitness expos, competitions, athlete appearances, product launches, retail activations, and company events.
• Manage event calendars, project timelines, task lists, budgets, vendors, travel arrangements, accommodations, shipping, signage, product samples, and promotional materials.
• Serve as a key point of contact for athletes, ambassadors, vendors, event organizers, and internal teams.
• Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, ecommerce, retail, and other channels.
• Prepare event briefs, schedules, checklists, presentations, staffing plans, and supporting materials.
• Manage event inventory and coordinate delivery of equipment, samples, signage, and promotional materials.
• Provide hands-on support during event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Partner with creative and social teams to support content.
