Job summary

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for an Event Marketing Specialist in Marlborough, MA. This 12-month contract is a W2 position with no PTO or benefits, and an ACA-compliant supplemental package is available.

The role supports planning and execution of in-person events and marketing activities within the Americas, reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications and Technical Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning or marketing.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills in deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal acumen.
• Ability to independently manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Event coordination and logistics for in-person events including venue sourcing, catering, registration, and on-site requirements.
• Vendor and stakeholder coordination with conference organizers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Administrative activities including expense management, shipping logistics, and tracking tools for organized operations.
