ITA Group seeks an Event Manager, Incentives to coordinate event travel and virtual programs for our clients. The role leads internal teams for ITA Group’s incentives solution line and delivers engaging experiences with attention to detail.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and optimize relationships with third-party suppliers. Travel up to 25-30% yearly is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, hospitality, liberal arts, public relations or communications.
• Three years’ event management experience or two years in ITA Group’s Event Management division.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation of event travel and virtual event programs for specific clients.
• Lead internal teams for ITA Group’s incentives solution line.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client needs and budgets, and optimize supplier relationships.
