Job description

About Unlimit

Unlimit is the global financial infrastructure for the borderless agentic economy. Designed to bridge the gap between fragmented local markets and the future of autonomous commerce, Unlimit provides the programmable operating layer for the world’s most ambitious businesses.

Through an integrated technology stack, the platform unifies global payment acceptance, programmable financial accounts, and digital asset rails into a singular financial layer. By mapping hyper-local payment ecosystems directly into its architecture, Unlimit enables businesses to move value and settle transactions instantly across continents.

Built on decades of hard-won regulatory depth and an extensive global license portfolio, the platform provides direct access to a massive global infrastructure. With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.

We are looking for a Senior Event Manager to build the next generation of community-driven experiences for the world’s most ambitious founders, builders, operators, investors, and AI-native companies. This is not a traditional corporate events role. You will create highly curated, high-energy environments where industry leaders genuinely want to be — from intimate founder dinners and underground networking formats to large-scale community activations in global tech hubs.

You will own events that feel culturally relevant, strategically sharp, and impossible to ignore. Some will be fully Unlimit-branded. Others will be built together with ecosystem partners, VCs, startups, AI communities, fintech leaders, and next-generation technology platforms. Your mission is to turn events into a powerful ecosystem growth engine that drives visibility, trust, relationships, and long-term influence globally.

Your Impact: What You Will Own
  • Build and execute a global community events program across key markets including London, Singapore, Dubai, Lisbon, Hong Kong, San Francisco, Mexico City and beyond.
  • Organize high-quality community events ranging from founder dinners, breakfasts, networking sessions, and side-events to ecosystem gatherings Develop and manage strategic event partnerships with fintech communities, media platforms, accelerators, VCs, infrastructure providers, and ecosystem players globally.
  • Create experiences that feel highly curated, relationship-driven, and culturally relevant for each local market and audience.
  • Own the end-to-end execution process: concept creation, venue sourcing, production, logistics, attendee experience, budgets, vendors, speakers, guest lists, and onsite operations.
  • Work closely with marketing, partnerships, business development, and regional teams to ensure events directly support brand growth, relationship building, and pipeline generation.
  • Help grow and nurture the company’s global community presence through consistent engagement before, during, and after events.
  • Identify emerging communities, formats, creators, and unconventional collaboration opportunities that can increase visibility and brand affinity.
  • Ensure every event reflects a strong and consistent company narrative while adapting naturally to different regional ecosystems and audiences.
Who You Are
  • 4-7+ years of experience in community events, partnerships, ecosystem marketing, or experiential marketing within fintech, crypto, SaaS, infrastructure, or high-growth technology companies.
  • Strong global mindset with hands-on experience organizing events across multiple regions and cultures.
  • Deep understanding of how modern tech communities operate - from founder ecosystems and developer communities to fintech operators and investor networks.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to create trust quickly across partners, communities, speakers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized operator who can independently manage multiple concurrent events across different time zones.
  • Creative and resourceful thinker who can develop memorable experiences without relying on traditional corporate event formats.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership and autonomy.
  • AI-native mindset: you actively use modern tools and automation to improve workflows, event operations, communication, and scaling processes.
  • Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a strong plus.
What We Offer
  • A highly international role with the opportunity to shape and scale a global community presence across the fintech ecosystem.
  • Ownership and creative freedom to launch new event concepts, partnerships, and community formats.
  • Exposure to some of the most influential players in fintech, payments, crypto, and global commerce infrastructure.
  • The chance to work on events that are relationship-first, highly curated, and globally visible.
  • Fast professional growth alongside an ambitious international company expanding across multiple markets.
  • Impact-driven culture with significant autonomy and room for experimentation.
  • Competitive compensation package including performance-based bonuses and opportunities for long-term growth.
