We are looking for an Audience Engagement Manager to support our client in D.C. This person will work between the Events Management teams and Marketing teams.

Job Description:

-The Audience Engagement Manager will build and maintain strong connections with our target audiences across various platforms.

-They will drive the planning process and execution for all virtual and hybrid events, and oversee registration platforms for in-person events and devise pre-and post-event audience engagement strategies to ensure the consistent delivery of a high-quality and accessible event experience.

-This position will require evening and weekend work, depending on event schedule - but there is a level of flexibility in scheduling to ensure a proper work life balance.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree

-At least five years of experience in event management

-Experience with a registration platform such as Cvent or Eventbrite
