Job summary

ProStaff Workforce Solutions in Miami Beach is seeking an events manager who is highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented to lead the planning and execution of events and programs for members, partners, and the community.

This full-time, on-site role offers Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm with direct hire, requiring excellence in logistics, vendor management, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning, programs, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with contracts, vendors, and client communications.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events and programs from conception through implementation.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including timelines, vendors, venues, contracts, budgets, and on-site execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders, including consistent follow-up and communication.
  • Draft, review, and manage event contracts and agreements.
  • Track event details to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation for all events and programs.
  • Support creative event concepts while maintaining strong organizational structure.
  • Manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Our client in Miami Beach is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of events and programs. Events are central to the organization's mission, and this role plays a key part in delivering engaging, high-quality experiences for members, partners, and the broader community.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events and programs from conception through implementation
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including timelines, vendors, venues, contracts, budgets, and on-site execution
