Job Description:

• Plan, organize, and execute virtual and hybrid events, including webinars and meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop event content and agendas.
• Manage event logistics, such as scheduling, platform management, and technical setup.
• Handle registration tasks, from site development to invitations and reporting.
• Coordinate pre-event technical rehearsals with speakers for seamless execution.
• Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports.
• Assist with operational and financial administrative tasks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in virtual event management.
• Support senior event managers with logistics as needed.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in virtual event planning and management; in-person experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with platforms like Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom.
• Comfortable working with executives and senior leaders.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
