Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and guests during events.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of banquet spaces according to the plan.
• Coordinate with culinary, planners, and service staff for seamless events.
• Supervise banquet staff and provide guidance to maintain high service standards.
• Greet guests, escort to tables, and ensure comfort throughout events.
• Manage service flow, including timing, beverages, and special requests.
• Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor space for cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine list, and club policies.
• Handle issues or conflicts with grace and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
