Job summary

Responsibilities include verifying returning assets, inspecting incoming items, and maintaining up-to-date inventory data in Google Sheets. Flexibility for evening/weekend hours is required; some lifting up to 50 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading a small warehouse team.
• Strong written and verbal communication with project managers and staff.
• Ability to juggle multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of cost and budgeting concepts.
• Experience guiding a team and training new members on inventory standards.
• Attention to accuracy in logging assets, locations and status.

Responsibilities

• Verify returning assets against event lists and flag discrepancies.
• Inspect incoming furniture and assets; decide event-readiness or need for repair; document issues with photos.
• Keep inventory records up-to-date in Google Sheets with counts, locations and status.
• Log arrivals and full component breakdowns for builds; include photos and tags.
• Track orders through purchase tracker; reconcile received goods with PO.
• Create loss and damage reports and identify insights to improve purchasing/handling.
• Coordinate with warehouse foreman; delegate during peak load-in/load-out; train staff.
• Plan and run full physical inventory and report results to management.
