Tiered roles include leading small crews, coordinating tasks, and ensuring safety and quality. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of event leadership are expected, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Support the execution of a wide variety of events including meetings, conferences, athletics, ceremonies, concerts, and special events.
• Performs event set-up, room conversions, and teardown according to diagrams and timelines.
• Transport, set-up and maintain event equipment such as tables, chairs, staging, and signage.
• Respond quickly to changes, issues or client requests during events.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and customer service standards.
