Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for a Full-Time position at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas. The role supports meetings with logistics, room and AV orientations, and movement of conference materials.

Location is Deloitte University, near Roanoke. The position pays $19 per hour for 2nd shift; benefits after 30 days; candidates with guest service and admin experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous guest or customer service experience required.
• 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Word; Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint desirable.
• Knowledge of Event, Sales, and Catering systems preferred; Infor experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure logistics are in place and executed for meetings.
• Oversee program turnover activities and ensure smooth program flow.
• Provide Room and AV orientations as needed.
• Assist with movement and placement of conference materials and pre/post-event prep, shipping, and storing.
• Act as a resource, supporting Event & Meeting Managers.
