DUO Events is a full-service event agency specializing in curated experiences for luxury multifamily communities, developer groups, corporate partners, and select private groups. Rooted in the Phoenix market, we’ve become a trusted partner to industry leaders by delivering seamless, high-impact experiences that reflect the quality of their brand.
From grand openings to monthly programming, private events, brand activations, and milestone mixers, we manage every detail, from creative direction and strategy to staffing, vendor sourcing and coordination, and on-site execution.
Our work extends beyond traditional events. We collaborate with restaurants, creators, venues, and local businesses to build moments that activate spaces, strengthen communities, and bring brands to life. Our events are more than moments. They’re purpose-driven experiences designed to connect people, elevate environments, and reinforce the strength of the brands we serve.
The Event Lead role is an internal leadership position for current DUO team members ready to take on greater responsibility.
Event Leads oversee on-site execution and serve as the primary point of contact during events. This role requires ownership, decision-making ability, and confidence managing both people and logistics.
You will be responsible for directing Event Staff, coordinating vendors, maintaining timelines, and ensuring each experience reflects DUO’s standards.
This position is designed for team members who have demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and strong performance over time.
We operate like an agency—strategic, fast‑moving, and hospitality‑driven.
Event Leads are trusted to make judgment calls that protect the experience and the brand.
You will not be micromanaged. You will be expected to own the outcome.
We collaborate closely with apartment teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders. Discretion and professionalism are non‑negotiable.

You take pride in polished execution and attention to detail
You’re calm under pressure and solutions‑oriented
You want flexible work with real responsibility
You’re excited to grow with a brand that values quality and community
Must be a current DUO team member
Minimum of 6 months active service with DUO
