Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Steward for the Toledo Complex (Huntington Center and Glass City Center) to maintain a clean, organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and other equipment and ensuring all items are ready for service.

You will work in a fast-paced event environment, lift up to 75 lbs, stand long hours, and support cooks during high-production events while upholding food safety standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 months related kitchen experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform strenuous duties.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils; load dish machine efficiently.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand; manage soaking and sanitation.
• Sweep and mop floors; keep kitchen clean and safe at all times.
• Assist cooks with food assembly during high production events.
• Notify supervisor if dish machine temperatures fall below standards.
