Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is looking for kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. Responsibilities include washing dishes, cleaning equipment, sweeping floors, and ensuring a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate can work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and must have good mobility for various tasks. Experience in a kitchen environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash all china, glass and silverware.
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans.
• Store all equipment in proper locations.
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed.
