Job summary

Craft Culinary Concepts is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, glassware, and utensils. You will operate a commercial dishwasher or wash by hand and help keep the kitchen organized.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working non-traditional hours, and following instructions. A valid County Food Handler Card and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have a valid County Food Handler Card on file.
• Must understand and follow instructions.
• Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent unless currently enrolled in food industry.
• Must complete all pre-employment forms and pass a background check.
• Must be able to work with a group as well as independently.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced high stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash pots, pans, silverware and other kitchen tools using a commercial dishwasher or by hand.
• Maintain an organized work area and assist with cleaning and stocking throughout the kitchen.
• Inform supervisors of product levels for normal use and assist with basic food preparation as needed.
