Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils; run through the dish machine efficiently.
• Sort and stack clean items; deliver to proper storage areas.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand with sanitizing solutions.
• Segregate and dispose of trash and recycling; sanitize waste cans.
• Sweep and mop floors; keep kitchen floors safe and dry.
• Notify Kitchen Supervisor when dish machine cycles fall below safety temperatures.
• Assist Cooks with food assembly during high production events.
