Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support venue operations by keeping dishware, utensils and kitchen equipment clean and sanitary. You will work in a fast-paced event environment, ensuring all areas stay organized and compliant with safety standards.

Responsibilities include washing china, glassware, and pots, storing equipment properly, and helping maintain a clean, safe kitchen during shows, games, and concerts at the venue.

Qualifications

• Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Wash all china, glass and silverware
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans
• Store all equipment in proper locations
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
