Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a dishwashing associate to support food service operations at our venue. You will clean dishes, glassware, pots, and pans, and maintain sanitary kitchen areas.

Ability to work all venue events, including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical stamina to stand, reach, and bend for extended periods; must follow safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform tasks including reaching, bending and lifting for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash all china, glass and silverware
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans
• Store all equipment in proper locations
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
