Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, IT hardware and software, or managed services.
• Able to travel 50%-75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production-first mindset for high-quality exhibit technology.
• Analyze computing requirements for exhibit environments.
• Provide face-to-face IT support for events.
