Job summary

Aramark is hiring an IT Support Specialist for Gameday Support at FSU Athletics in Tallahassee, FL. You will handle day-to-day and event-based IT needs, including POS, back office, and networking, aligned with the venue IT Lead to support department and company initiatives.

The role requires problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced stadium setting during events.

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT or related field preferred but not required.
2+ years of IT systems experience; POS experience preferred.
Experience in concessions/stadium environments preferred.
Proven ability to troubleshoot IT issues.
Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work stadium/arena events while constantly on the move.

Responsibilities

Provide proactive IT support for POS, back office, networking and other systems during events.
Communicate application issues to owners and vendors.
Ensure the delivery of high‑quality IT services to support the business.
Work with onsite IT Lead and represent IT department to leadership.
Stay up to date on IT trends and technologies.
Resolve IT incidents and problems.
