Responsibilities

• Gather essential info for events and staffing before start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff on timing and requests.
• Suggest extensions to pre-ordered event packages.
• Coordinate setup of tables/areas and service of food & beverages.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and exceed guest needs.
• Assist guests by explaining safety precautions and guiding them as needed.
