Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guest and take orders within Andretti guidelines, always exceeding guests expectations.
• Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks, pour wine and beer quickly and accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages professionally according to Andretti standards.
• Collect payment and operate the Point-of-Sale system with ease.
• Count cash drawer at shift start for accuracy and ensure sufficient change.
• Maintain an organized work area and proactively clean and reset tables.
• Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies, display bottles appealingly.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines per local health regulations.
