Job summary

Boise Centre is seeking an Operations Staff member to support live events in a fast-paced venue. You will help with setup, teardown, and frontline guest service, collaborating with a tight-knit team.

The role requires physical stamina, flexibility for irregular hours, and a safety-minded approach. Experience in event support or customer service is preferred, and benefits include meals, parking assistance, and a bus pass.

Qualifications

• Experience in event support or customer service preferred.
• Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills in high-volume situations.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including early mornings, late nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Event setup and teardown: set up and dismantle event equipment safely and efficiently according to event specs.
• Equipment operation: assist with heavy machinery as needed; training will be provided.
• Facility maintenance: keep spaces clean and presentable for guests.
• Safety and security: maintain facility safety and perform perimeter checks.
• Team collaboration: work with departments to meet client and guest needs.
