Job summary

ASM GLOBAL is seeking Event Staff for The Raising Cane's River Center in Baton Rouge to join a flexible, part-time team focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will engage attendees, provide information, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to adapt to event schedules, and a commitment to assisting guests with accessibility needs. Training and guidelines will be provided on site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass background and reference checks.
• Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide the primary level of guest assistance throughout the venue.
• Be knowledgeable about building policies and event requirements.
• Distribute venue information and updates.
• Provide ADA services and information to guests with disabilities and the elderly.
• Make people feel special and welcome.
• Reports any suspicious activity to your supervisor.
