Job summary

Legends Global seeks Part-Time Banquet Staff for events at Raising Cane’s River Center in Baton Rouge, LA. You will assist with setup, serving, and breakdown, delivering friendly, high-quality catering to guests at each event.

Responsibilities include preparing service areas, restocking and organizing equipment, and maintaining safe, courteous service throughout shifts. Flexible hours and weekend availability are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass a background check.
Minimum 1 year verifiable server experience.
ServSafe certified and City/Parish Responsible Server Bar Card.
Must speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Be on time and in proper uniform according to schedule.
Provide high-quality catering service for banquets and receptions.
Set up event room and place settings as instructed by Catering Manager/Banquet Captain.
Assist with collecting and returning banquet equipment and serving pieces.
Prepare garnishes, beverages, condiments, and breads.
Attend pre-function briefing and follow event instructions.
Maintain grooming standards and inventory control procedures.
Adhere to Alcohol Management Program and safety guidelines.
Report customer concerns to Banquet Captain or Catering Manager.
