Job summary

ASM GLOBAL supports The Raising Cane’s River Center to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Event Staff interact with the public, provide information, and ensure safety and accessibility throughout events. Flexibility with hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, is required to accommodate event schedules.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and attention to policy details, with training provided to uphold venue standards and assist guests with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide the primary level of guest assistance throughout the venue.
• Distribute venue information and updates.
• Be available to listen to guests’ compliments and complaints.
• Provide ADA services and information to guests with disabilities and the elderly.
• Make people feel special.
• Keep floors and aisles clear of obstructions.
