Raising Cane's River Center / ASM GLOBAL in Baton Rouge, LA seeks Event Staff to provide exceptional guest experiences at the venue. The role emphasizes strong customer service, information delivery, and accessibility support to attendees throughout events.

Positions are part-time with flexible scheduling, requiring the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Staff will interact with the public and coordinate with the Event Supervisor to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Formación

• Must have strong customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the primary level of guest assistance throughout the venue.
• Distribute venue information and updates.
• Be available to listen to guests' compliments and complaints.
• Provide ADA services and information to guests with disabilities and the elderly.
• Make people feel special and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Report any suspicious activity to your supervisor.
• Appear in appropriate uniform and report to Event Supervisor.
• Initiate eye contact with guests within 10 feet and maintain professional demeanor.
• Preform other related duties as assigned by Manager.
