Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking motivated Guest Services Staff to join Caesar's Superdome in New Orleans. You will warmly welcome attendees, provide information, guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits, and help resolve inquiries with a calm, professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a high school diploma (some college preferred), and have prior customer service or hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming attendees.
• Assist with event set-up and signage placement.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and facilities.
• Guide guests to seating areas, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and teams for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management as needed to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism.
