BEST Crowd Management is seeking a Customer-obsessed Guest Services Staffer for Ole Miss events. You will welcome attendees, provide information, and help create memorable experiences while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with event setup, guiding guests, addressing questions, and supporting crowd management. Aims to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting attendees.
• Assist with event setup, signage, and other tasks as assigned.
• Monitor areas for cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Guide guests to seating, restrooms, concessions and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment.
