Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or event experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of staying calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist event attendees with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist with event set-up, signage, and related tasks.
• Monitor venues for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Direct attendees to seating areas, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Resolve inquiries or issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and teams for smooth operations.
• Support crowd control measures to ensure safety.
