Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test required; may include Driver’s Record check.
• Professional, articulate, with good independent judgment and discretion.
• Able to work overtime as needed and maintain excellent guest service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and usher guests, collect/scan tickets, and verify access credentials.
• Direct foot traffic and ensure cleanliness and safety in assigned areas.
• Provide directions and information to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain a friendly tone and natural speaking voice with guests.
• Support event day preparation, execution, and overall venue operations.
