Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Prem Food and Bev Supervisor in Birmingham, AL to oversee premium food and beverage service during events. You will lead on-site operations for premium areas, coordinate with culinary and service teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Required include 2–4 years in premium F&B/event operations, and relevant alcohol-service certifications (TIPS/TEAM).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of premium food and beverage service, hospitality, or event operations.
• Must have TIPS/TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification.
• Able to lift 35–50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision of premium, non-suite food and beverage service during events.
• Lead pre-event briefings and ensure service standards and guest expectations are met.
• Coordinate with culinary, beverage, and operations teams for seamless event execution.
• Support training and onboarding of premium service staff.
