Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Prem Food and Bev Supervisor in Birmingham, AL to oversee premium food and beverage service during events. You will lead on-site operations for premium areas, coordinate with culinary and service teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Required include 2–4 years in premium F&B/event operations, and relevant alcohol-service certifications (TIPS/TEAM).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of premium food and beverage service, hospitality, or event operations.
• Must have TIPS/TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification.
• Able to lift 35–50 pounds as required.

This role provides on-site leadership for premium, non-suite service areas, including clubs, lounges, premium seating areas, in-seat premium service, and hosted receptions. The Premium Food and Beverage Supervisor supports staffing, service flow, and issue resolution in high-expectation, event-driven environments.Premium Food and Beverage Supervisors work closely with Premium Services leadership, culinary, beverage, cash operations, and suite leadership to ensure seamless coordination across premium offerings.
