Qualifications
Must pass Child Abuse and Neglect background check.
Must pass drug screening and Tribal Gaming Agency Level III background investigation.
Ability to present information effectively to groups and respond to questions.
Responsibilities
Responds to fire incidents such as brush fires and structure fires.
Provides medical care consistent with EMS training.
Conducts equipment inspections for safety and readiness.
Skills
Basic knowledge of the Kalispel Tribe of Indians
Ability to read and interpret professional journals
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license
Education
Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school

Firefighter I certification
Washington State Emergency Medical Technician certification
