Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Event Staff at Pinnacle Bank Arena. Primary responsibilities include greeting guests, checking tickets, and seating patrons.

Event Staff will assist with last-minute patron needs and work directly with the public. Must be able to stand long hours, work nights and weekends, and maintain a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and climb stairs.
• Able to work inside and outside.
• Must be neat and clean in appearance.
• Initiative to follow through on problems in the absence of supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Serve as ticket taker and/or usher – checking tickets and escorting patrons to seats.
• Assist patrons who have questions or concerns.
• Be alert to the needs of special needs and elderly.
• Survey area prior to event, reporting findings to supervisor.
• Restrict access to areas as directed.
• Respond to safety and injury problems and report them to supervisors.
• Responsible for crowd control and handling situations courteously.
• Assist with last minute event needs.
