Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work inside and outside.
• Must be neat and clean in appearance.
• Initiative to handle problems in the absence of supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons with a smile and friendly greeting.
• Serve as ticket taker and usher, checking tickets and guiding to seats.
• Assist patrons with questions or concerns.
• Monitor accessibility for special needs and elderly patrons.
• Survey area for damaged or dirty seats and report findings.
• Restrict access to areas as directed.
• Respond to safety issues and report to supervisors immediately.
• Help manage crowd dynamics in a courteous manner.
• Assist with last minute event needs.
