CryptoGex in California seeks a dependable Customer Service Representative to support attendee communications and client interactions for our events. You will be the primary contact for attendees, partners, and vendors, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience before, during, and after events.

This role includes answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat, guiding attendees through registration and ticketing, handling on-site support at live events when needed,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail is needed.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is important.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email platforms are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
