Job summary

CryptoGex seeks an entry level Customer Service Assistant to support attendee communications for our technology events. You will help attendees with questions and registration, and ensure a positive experience before, during, and after each event.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and assist on-site during events, with opportunities for growth in events and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Assist attendees with registration issues and ticketing support.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Support on-site customer service during live events when needed.
