Job summary

CryptoGex is seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to support attendees and partners for our events. You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, and chat, provide registration and logistics information, and assist on-site during live events.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information about event schedules, registration, and logistics.
Assist attendees with registration issues and ticketing support.
Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Support on-site customer service during live events when needed.
Follow company procedures and service standards.
