Job summary

Savannah Airport is seeking a motivated Banquet Server to join our Food and Beverage team. You'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences at catered events, including weddings and corporate functions.

This position offers growth in hospitality with a flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event spaces, delivering food and beverages, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ to comply with state alcohol service regulations.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Knowledge of meal service and beverage control laws (ABC laws).
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Breakdown: Prepare and restore event spaces by arranging and removing tables, chairs, and decorations according to event plans.
• Guest Service: Deliver food and beverages efficiently, respond to guest inquiries and special requests, and clear tables to ensure a clean dining area.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure a seamless and positive event experience.
