Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Event Services professional for a full-time role in Coral Springs, FL. You will collaborate with clients to design memorable events, coordinate banquets, and manage blocks, contracts, and payments to ensure a flawless experience.

You will drive revenue through upselling and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the Sales and Marketing team while delivering exceptional service. This role requires flexibility and strong CRM/BEO skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of event services experience.
• Proficiency with BEOs, diagramming tools, and CRM systems.
• Flexible and adaptable; events don’t adhere to a 9–5 schedule.
• Excellent communication; calm and clear under pressure.
• Understanding of group and social event segments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to craft detailed event experiences.
• Lead banquet coordination with timely BEO creation and distribution.
• Drive revenue through upselling and proactive client communication.
• Monitor room blocks and contracts to avoid attrition charges.
• Manage payments from start to finish with clear invoicing.
• Lead site tours and participate in pre/post-event meetings and execution.
• Support Sales and Marketing with activities and revenue checks.
