Nbutexas is seeking an Event Designer to develop and grow event sales in a hospitality-focused role. The position emphasizes planning and executing exceptional catering experiences, with a 3+ year minimum in Event Sales required.

The role includes local outreach, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination with venues to ensure flawless events, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a commission-based base. Strong market research will drive growth.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of Event Sales experience, specifically in catering.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are required.
• Proficiency in territory and inside sales techniques is essential.
• Experience liaising with venues to ensure seamless event execution is needed.
• Ability to research markets to identify opportunities and grow event sales.
• Candidate must maintain accountability for budgets and outcomes.
• Role involves shaping the look, feel, and atmosphere of events.
